Current Research Interests
- Weight loss and binge eating disorder: Providing a comprehensive treatment protocol which goes beyond the typical emphasis on diet and exercise to address the specific cognitive and emotional difficulties which underlie struggles with weight loss and maintenance.
- Improving weight management and the quality of life via the application of Positive Psychology and mindfulness strategies.
